What I review in your six months

I work with the reports your system already produces, exactly as they come out. You do not need to clean them up or know about billing.

All your open accounts

I analyze your claims and payments from the last six months to see what has been paid, what is still pending and since when.

Where payment gets stuck

I identify the insurers that delay or deny the most and the points in your process where money is being left behind.

Your authorizations

I look at what is authorized and expires in the next 60 days, and the part that can no longer be used before it expires.

What does not add up in your data

I check what your system exports and flag what does not add up, with the number of each claim or authorization so you can find it.

And I walk you through it, step by step: I give you a clear report and we go over it together, so you know what to address first.

How it works

    We talk

    Twenty minutes to understand how your agency gets paid today.

    We sign and pull the reports

    We sign the HIPAA confidentiality agreement and a one-page letter with what the analysis includes. Then, on a twenty to thirty minute video call, we pull two reports from your system together.

    I analyze and explain the results

    I review six months of accounts and payments. A week later we go over the report together, in one hour.

    After three months we sit down again

    We see what changed. If we decide to work together, you get preferred pricing as a founding agency.

What the analysis includes, and what it does not

Your data

We sign first. Then, only through your private folder.

Your reports carry your clients' health information, so I do not receive a single file without a signed HIPAA agreement.

How I protect the information

  • The HIPAA agreement (BAA) and the scope letter are signed from your phone or computer, before you send me anything.

  • Files go to a private Microsoft 365 folder, only for your agency and me. Never by email or WhatsApp.

  • I do not log into your system or need your passwords. Only I see your files, and they are stored encrypted. In the report your clients appear as a number, not by name.

  • When we finish, the files stay in your folder for two weeks so you can download them, and then I delete every copy I have.

Why it is free

Because the best way for you to get to know my work is to see it with your own agency's numbers. In return I ask for an hour and for you to tell me honestly what helped and what did not.
