I'm Alvaro Garcia. I work in the healthcare revenue cycle, which is getting paid by insurers, and Cleared RCM is my company.
I started with ABA agencies in Miami-Dade and Broward, many of them run by owners who speak Spanish, like me. This year I am doing three complete analyses at no charge, to work with real agencies and so that they keep something useful. I do not sell software, and I do not change how anyone works.
The best way for you to get to know my work is to see it with your own agency's numbers. If in the end we do not work together, that is fine: you keep the analysis, and we stay in touch.
How I work
What you can expect from me
I do not overpromise
I do not give amounts or percentages before seeing your data, and I do not borrow figures from other people's cases. The report describes what your numbers show.
HIPAA from day one
We sign the HIPAA agreement first. Your files go through your private folder, are stored encrypted, and when we finish I delete every copy I have.
Your system and your team stay the same
I do not ask you to change systems or to give me access. I work with whatever it exports, and I leave whoever does your billing a list of what to address first.
Everything is in writing
A one-page letter says what the analysis includes and what it does not. Nobody finds out halfway through about something that was never discussed.
Your information is yours
I do not name your agency or use its figures in public without your written permission. In the report your clients appear as a number, not by name.
