Why limited slots?

The Diagnostic Preview is free, but founder time isn't. Each Preview takes Cleared 2–4 hours of analysis + a 30–60 minute walkthrough call with you. To preserve quality, we cap selections at 3 practices per month.

We review applications continuously and notify selected applicants within 5 business days of submission. If we're not the right fit this month, you're welcome to reapply next month — or skip the Preview and start Full Service RCM directly if you're ready.

Cleared analyzes your data through our Power BI pipeline and identifies 3 of 6 most impactful findings: posting gap detection, status discipline scan, AR concentration analysis, payer mix snapshot, denial rate estimate, or submission lag patterns.

Power BI walkthrough call (30–60 min)

Founder-direct call walking you through your specific findings visually. Not a sales pitch — an analytical conversation about your data.

One round of Q&A follow-up

Email Q&A round post-deliverable. Then conversation moves to Full Service RCM signing, or close. No iterative follow-ups by design.

Selection criteria

We prioritize applicants who meet these criteria. Meeting all five is not required, but stronger applicants typically match most of them:

Discipline: ABA or multi-discipline (SLP, OT, Feeding, Music Therapy, PT/EI)
Size: 4–15 active providers (smaller practices welcome via discovery call)
Geography: Florida primary (Broward, Palm Beach, Miami-Dade preferred). Texas accepted with discovery; GA/NC case-by-case.
Stage: 18+ months operating (enough historical data for meaningful 6-month analysis)
Payer mix: Commercial-heavy preferred (defensible against FL Medicaid 80% rate cut)
Decision maker: Application submitted by owner, practice director, or billing lead
No active OIG/Medicaid audit: If you're under active investigation, engage legal counsel first — we can help after.

PMS compatibility

We work with any PMS via standardized Excel intake — not direct PMS integration. If your PMS exports claims, payments, and authorization data to CSV, we can run it through our Power BI pipeline.

We select 3 practices per month. If your application doesn't fit this month's selection, you have two paths forward:

Reapply next month — Applications reset monthly. We welcome reapplications, especially if you've added new context to your application.
Skip the Preview, start Full Service directly — If you're ready to outsource RCM end-to-end, we can begin Full Service RCM onboarding within 2–4 weeks at 5% of net collections (Founding Client benefits apply for our first 5 paying clients).
