Services
Today I offer one thing: the six-month revenue analysis
I do it in full and at no charge for three ABA agencies in Miami-Dade and Broward. It is an analysis, not a billing service: your team keeps billing as usual, and I show you where money is being left behind.
What it includes
What your agency receives
A PDF report
Six months billed and paid, your open accounts and since when, the insurers that delay or deny the most, timing, your authorizations and what does not add up in your data. In English or Spanish, whichever you prefer.
Your clients appear as a number, never by name, and the sheet that says who is who stays with you.
A results meeting
One hour to go over the report together, page by page, and decide what to address first. If whoever does your billing wants to join, even better: the list of what to address first is useful to them.
A conversation after three months
We sit down again to see what changed since the report and what is still left to address.
Nothing to install, and no access to your system
You export two reports during a short video call and upload them to a private folder that only your agency and I can see.

What I ask
The analysis is at no charge. I only ask for:
- Two reports from your system: claims (with what was paid) and authorizations, exactly as they come out. No need to sort or fix anything.
- Half an hour to pull them together on a video call, in the evening or on a weekend.
- An hour to go over the results together.
- Honesty to tell me what helps and what does not.
If you have them handy, the rates each insurer pays you help, in whatever format you have them. They are optional: if you do not have them, I estimate them from what you bill and the report says so.
What I do not do
So there are no surprises
- I do not submit or correct claims, and I do not post payments.
- I do not call insurers or families.
- I do not log into your system or ask for passwords.
- I do not give legal, clinical or coding advice.
- I do not promise amounts or percentages. The report describes what your data shows; what to do with it is your decision.
Cost, and what comes after
The analysis costs nothing and does not oblige you to hire anything afterwards. If, when we finish, we decide to keep working together, it will be under a separate agreement and with founding-agency preferred pricing.
There are three places. If they are taken when you write to me, I will tell you honestly and keep the first place of the next round for you.
Questions
What owners usually ask me
Does it work with my billing system?
Yes. I work with whatever your system exports. On the video call I tell you which reports to choose and we pull them together.
Do I need to know about billing?
No. We pull the reports together. If someone else at your agency usually runs them, they can join the call.
How much of my time does it take?
About twenty minutes for the first conversation, half an hour for the video call to pull the reports, and one hour for the results meeting. We go over the report together a week after I receive the reports.
Is this an audit?
No. I do not work for any insurer or for the government. The report is only for you: I do not show it to anyone else, and the confidentiality agreement says so in writing.
I already have someone doing my billing. Is this still useful?
Yes. The analysis does not replace anyone: it gives you a clear picture of how you are getting paid, and gives whoever bills a list of what to address first.
What happens to my data at the end?
It stays in your private folder for two weeks so you can download it, and then I delete every copy I have, within the sixty days set by the HIPAA agreement. How I protect the information.
Want to see it with your agency's numbers?
Tell me a little about your agency. If it is a good fit, we set up the private folder and the video call.
