Qualifying requirements
Honest filter.
These aren't aspirations. They're hard requirements. If you don't meet them, the Founder Cohort isn't the right move. Consider the standard Audit + Playbook instead.
≥ 4 BCBAs
Practices with 3 or fewer BCBAs typically don't have the data volume to make the Audit deliverable robust.
Operating ≥ 18 months
We need enough historical data to spot patterns. New practices have too few claim cycles to analyze.
No active OIG audit or investigation
If you're already in a regulatory investigation, you need an attorney + audit defense, not us.
Mixed payer mix
Not > 85% FL Medicaid puro. We want practices where the mitigation playbook has multiple levers.
FAQ
Common questions.
Why is it cheaper than the standard Audit?
Because we're getting something in exchange: published case studies + a benchmark dataset. Cleared is new. Our biggest credibility gap is the absence of published proof. Three cohort practices solve that gap, and we share the savings.
What if I want to stay anonymized?
Anonymized case study is fine. We default to named (logo + practice name) because it's stronger marketing, but we'll accept anonymized "FL ABA practice, 5 BCBAs, Broward County" framing if you prefer. The Case Study Agreement specifies which.
What happens to my data after the Audit?
PHI is returned or destroyed per BAA terms (6-year minimum retention applies). De-identified aggregate metrics (denial rate %, AR aging %, payer mix %) under HIPAA Safe Harbor (45 CFR §164.514(b)) may be incorporated into published benchmarks. No claim-level data, no patient identifiers, no provider-level performance numbers are disclosed. You may opt out of the benchmark inclusion at any time, prospectively.
Do I have to commit to Full Service?
No. The Audit + Playbook is standalone. If you want to execute the playbook in-house or with another biller, that's fine. But: 50% of your Audit fee credits to your first month of Full Service if you sign within 30 days of Audit deliverable. The conversion path is incentivized but not required.
Why only 3 cupos?
Audit + Playbook is intense 30-day work. Running them sequenced (not parallel) is the only way to keep founder-direct quality on each. Three is what fits the Sep–Dec window without compromising delivery.
