Sample report

The revenue analysis, on a sample agency

These are the pages of the report we prepare from six months of an agency's billing data. The ones below come from a sample agency: the same report, with invented numbers.

  • Sample data: the agency, the clients, the payers, the amounts and the dates are invented.
  • The report comes in English or in Spanish. It has one more page, with the definition of every term.
  • Tap or click a page to see it full size.

What an agency receives

The same pages, with your agency's numbers

A PDF report

A cover and six pages. Patients appear by an alias, never by name, and the sheet that says who is who stays with you.

A results meeting

We go through it together, page by page, and decide what is worth fixing first.

Nothing to install, no access to your system

You export two reports during a short video call and upload them to a private folder that only your agency and Cleared can see.

A signed HIPAA agreement first

We sign a business associate agreement (BAA) with your agency before you send us anything.

The analysis is free while we work with our first agencies.

Want to see this with your own numbers?

Tell us a little about your agency. If it is a fit, we set up the private folder and the call.
