Every BCBA got into ABA because they cared about kids. Nobody got in because they love modifier matrices. That's where we come in.
I'm Alvaro. I built Cleared RCM because small therapy practices were paying enterprise-sized denial rates without the back office to push back. It started in ABA, where I have the deepest roots, and the same patterns repeat across SLP, OT, Feeding, and PT/EI. Payers move first, billers move slowly, and the small practices are the ones who can't afford the delay.
The market is full of billers who ask you to sign before they show their work. We do the opposite. Every engagement starts with a Free Initial Review. AR aging, denial codes, payer mix, authorization workflow. We walk through your situation with you and tell you what we'd address first. Diagnose first, propose second, contract third. That sequence is the differentiator.
We're new and we are honest about that. Founding Clients pipeline is open now (first 5 paying Full Service clients receive 90-day floor waiver + over-invested onboarding), and we let our diagnostic work speak before we ask for a contract.
